Step 1: I’m readily available to begin the process that will put you at ease knowing you’ve found the wedding photographers that have got you.
From the get go you can relax experiencing nearly flawless communication. I will never leave you hanging because I would never want someone to do that to me. Some people have planners and some don’t. Part of your package is access to me and my time. I will respond quickly and hold space for all of your questions and anything you might want help with. We can do it over the phone, Zoom or even in person if you’re local in the Cocoa Beach, Florida area. The more we work together beforehand the smoother and more relaxed your wedding day will feel! And that is the ultimate goal. I love being there for people. Uplifting them. Hearing their needs. Helping them. Making them feel better. “Day of we encountered disaster after disaster. We left our clothes over an hr away. Faith and Harry’s route was closed delaying them by an hr also. Then in haste we left our parking pass and had to turn around again!!! I was so upset but Faith kept a clear line of communication open and sent nothing but positive affirmations and understanding. Step 2: Time to start planning- But it’s gonna be fun and you’re going to feel better after!
As your day approaches we’ll be in touch a little more and meet again however is the most convenient for you. If you’re local to Cocoa beach, Florida this can always be done in person if that makes you feel better! Whatever makes you feel the best is what we’ll do. This time I’ll help you curate your shot list time line. These are the absolute “must have” photos with family members and your wedding party. This part I help guide you alongside your timeline to ensure everything is realistic. I’m 1000% about setting the proper expectations and planning accordingly. If you’ve got a large party and big family you might need either more time, or adjust the must haves. Once I receive your list I’ll run it against your timeline and let you know if we’re good or need to tweak anything. Trust me- cocktail hour goes FAST. I also give you advice on how to ensure all family members are as present as possible to help it run smoothly. You’re going to love me for that part! Portrait hour can get crazy real fast and I make sure I communicate everything I can to ensure it runs smoothly.

Step 3: The best part- truly enjoying your day!
The day of your wedding we will have established everything that will be needed. All the tips, tricks and must haves and all that will be left is for you to enjoy it. But a big part of enjoying it is who you’re surrounded with. We will be laughing and smiling alongside your family and friends while capturing it all. We will be telling you how amazing you look because YES YOU DO!! It truly is an honor and privilege being on the other side of a camera on a wedding day. We will be bringing a creative point of view to how your friends are admiring you getting ready, how your mom is helping with your dress or boutonnieres, the nervous anticipation, the tears and round one of “will this make-up hold up” (it will!) You sneaking peeks of what’s going on outside. The way we find the perfect spot for detail shots- playing with light and shadows. Paying attention to all of the detail. There’s a quote that says “I love madly in details” and yes I do! Our creative eye, attention to detail and looking out for every fleeting moment means you can relax even more knowing it will all be safely captured and in your final gallery. At the end of weddings our couples ALWAYS stop to thank us not just for obviously caring a lot and going above and beyond for the best photos, but how we made them feel. Always they say, “I am so thankful we had you! You made us feel so confident the entire time and we are able to relax and enjoy everything because of that.” That is 1000% my most cherished compliment we receive. Trust is huge.
